Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Reciprocity AI – Operations, a California Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business located at 4745 Cape May Ave, San Diego, CA 92107 (“Company” or “we”), and any individual or entity (“User” or “you”) who uses or accesses the chatbot services and related services provided by the Company.

By using or accessing our chatbot services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the chatbot services.

1. Use of the Chatbot Services

1.1. Eligibility: By using the chatbot services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you will use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.

1.2. Access and Use: You agree to use the chatbot services solely for their intended purpose of assisting law firms in client intake. You will not use the chatbot services for any unlawful or malicious activities, including but not limited to the unauthorized collection of personal data or any activities that may harm the Company or any third party.

2. Data Handling and Privacy

2.1. Data Collection: Our chatbot may collect and store data provided by Users for the purpose of client intake and improving the chatbot’s functionality. We will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found Privacy Policy.

2.2. Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the chatbot services. You use the services at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the chatbot services, including all associated intellectual property.

3.2. Limited License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the chatbot services for their intended purpose. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the chatbot services.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Disclaimer: The chatbot services are provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the services. You use the services at your own risk.

4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the chatbot services, including any breach of this Agreement.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the chatbot services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement.

6. Changes to the Agreement

The Company may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes through the chatbot or by other means. Your continued use of the chatbot services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
